I only ask for information needed to understand and respond to your repair request. The public request form is not a place for passwords, payment card details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information.

If you submit a request, the site may collect your name, phone number, email address, device type, device make and model, requested service, issue description, preferred contact method, and optional preferred appointment or drop-off time. Basic technical information may also be processed for security, spam prevention, and rate limiting.

Information is used to review your request, contact you, discuss service options, prevent abuse, and maintain the website. It is not sold for advertising.

Repair requests are delivered by email using Resend, which processes the information needed to send the message. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, keep required business records, or resolve a dispute.

This website does not upload or access files on your computer. If a repair later requires access to a device or account, those details will be discussed privately and handled separately from this public form.
