- Service is by confirmed appointment at my private home office in Union Beach, New Jersey. I provide the exact address and drop-off instructions after confirming the appointment. Walk-in visits without an appointment are not accepted.

- Repair requests normally receive a response within 30 minutes during reasonable waking hours. Late-night requests may receive a response the following morning.
